1) Availability of data
The first party will provide image files upto 500 pages/system to second party through mail, the second party would then enter data into the word document format using notepad as required by the first party and this would be delivered sending image files and notepad files by mail. The first party will provide files upto 500 pages/system to the second party each month for 11 months if the project gets approved on any level in the respective accuracy slab. If the second party fails to fulfill the terms and conditions or fails to give the needed accuracy then the first party will not be responsible for providing the future work to the second party.
2) Period of trial work
The first party shall give a work for 30 days (include holidays) and second party shall complete it within 30 days and send it to the first party. The first party shall give an accuracy report within 7 to 10 business days, after submissions per technical specifications, technical specifications are included in this agreement with qc parameter.
3) Service charges / processing charges:-
The vendor agrees to pay non - refundable Rs 17000 /- ( for 1 ID's / 1 systems ), in which he will pay 8500/- in advance and balance 8500/- only if his accuracy is below the accepted criteria, within 7-10 bussiness days of getting the accuracy report. If he achieves the minimum accuracy in the first billing itself then company will be liable for the refund of 7500/- which were paid at the time of booking as bonus. If he achieves the minimum accuracy in the rework billing then company will be liable for the refund of 3750/- from the amount which were paid at the time of booking as bonus. If he achieves the minimum accuracy in the re-rework billing then the company will be liable for the clearing payment only according to the payment slab mentioned in the agreement.

The second party has to check all his/her files and resubmit after doing the necessary corrections which the second party finds during the correction within 3 days from the day on which second party receives the rework mail.

The second party has to check all his/her files and resubmit after doing the necessary corrections which the second party finds during the correction within 3 days from the day on which second party receives the rework mail. This will be the last chance given to the second party and if he/she fails to fulfill any of the terms and conditions or could not reach the minimum accuracy level needed then he/she will not be entitled for any kind of payment.

SAMPLE ACCURACY REPORT:-
QC DECLARATION:-
QC centre will be responsible for the checking of random pages in the new work and as well as rework. All the pages won’t be checked and if the accuracy goes below than the minimum accuracy needed then the centre won’t be responsible for future checking for the same. Again the User need to check all the pages and submit in the rework.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:-
1)Every line should match with the corresponding line in the IMAGE; hence the pages shall Automatically match with the IMAGE file pages.
2)Font should be Times New Roman and font size 10.
3)Justification of text is not required even if it is done in the IMAGE file.
4)Paragraph spacing should be done by using paragraph spacing (before or after only)(Auto Spacing should not be used).
5)If a word is splitted in the IMAGE file then the same should be done in notepad file. If a line ends in IMAGE file then the same should be done in notepad file.
6)Headers and Footers option should not be used.
7) Color (if any in the IMAGE file) should be given in black color.
8) Accent characters, if any, shall be converted and typed as normal characters. Ex: 'æ'
Should be typed as ae, 'ç' to be typed as c.
9) Always type the text as normal text. Bold, italics in text part are not at all required.
REJECTION CRITERIA:-
1)File name of the converted word file does not match with the corresponding image file name.
2)In completed word files found.
3)If any third party software used.
4)Any third Party Software used including MS - Office
5)Should not type files in MS Word.
6)Accent characters found in any file.
7)Any images are found in the word document.
8)Text is in other than "Times New Roman" font.
9)If colored text are found in any word file.
10)If hyper links are found in any of the word file.
11)Any other files are found in the zip folder except the word document. (like temporary files) or any other file types.
12)If the converted file is not in .txt format or any other extension files found.
13)If the completed Job files has not been submitted within the deadline mentioned by the company.
Rework or Re-rework chance
If eligible as per the terms and conditions cited below, the user can send request for Rework and re-rework.

1)Is there any skill required to work?
Yes, Skills are required like typing speed at least 30 - 50 WPM so you can work fast. Computer Knowledge of at least MS-Office, Windows and Internet Is required. Internet is required just for downloading work files which hardly takes 15 minutes.
2)What will be the Format of Work?
We will Provide you .JPEG,.PNG,.GIF or any other Image Files or .ZIP(Compressed File) , Which You have to Convert In Notepad File by typing only.
3)What will be the exact content of the work files?

No, You are not allowed to use any software for converting image file to Notepad. If found we will terminate you. Because when you use software's it changes the Notepad file codes which is not visible to us. Also these files will be immediately rejected by company systems.
6)After submitting the work in time, When I'm going to get Accuracy/Checking report & Payment?
After submission of your work within 5 to 7 working days you will get the Accuracy report to your Email Address & payment if any, will be sent to your Bank through Bank Transfer or Cheque will deposited in you Account which you gave us during in your appilcation form.
7)What If I fail in the Job work?

11)Do you provide me any Instructions on How to perform the work?
Yes, We will provide you a step-by-step instruction guide with work. We also provide full details of page setup in Notepad, how much margin, indents, fonts, font size etc that has to be maintained.
12)What about the registration fees ?
This is the plan where you don't have to pay any kind of registration fees. Yes but you have to pay some security deposit which is totally 100% refundable after you submit your job work. This security deposit is taken only to ensure the submission of the work which we will provide you.
13)After submitting the job work when I'm going to get next job work and payment?

18)How much time will it going to take for downloading my work files?
To save your time, we divided your work files into different sets. It takes around 5 minutes to download if you have a high speed broadband connection and around 15 minutes to download if you have a slow dail-up connection.
19)What will be the format of downloadable files?
All files will be .jpeg,.png,.gif or any other image files, in Zip Format. Just click the unZip files and files will be saved on your PC. These .jpeg/.jpg can be easily open on any computer using winzip.
20)Can I get my work through CD?
Previously we use to send the work through CD, but we & customer both have to face some problems like postal & courier delay in getting work cd, CD getting damage in transport, error in CD, Sometimes files are not opening. So because of this lot of time wastage was there both for us & customer. So now we keep files on server without any error, which customer can download in no time. And ofcourse you don't have to wait for post or courier, No damage to your work files, No error. This is the reason why we stopped sending work through CD.
21)What If I Want to Stop the Work for few days, Is it Possible?
Yes, Its possible for this you've to intimate as in advance before starting of the next Job work.
